Possible Bus Delays
Student safety and well-being are priorities at our school. We take pride in creating welcoming, inclusive, safe and accepting learning environments that optimize students’ potential.
We are writing to let you know about possible delays in busing due to construction along your child’s bus route.
We have been notified that the City of Belleville will be doing construction on Dundas Street West beginning the first week of April 2016. Dundas Street West from Coleman Street to Bay Bridge Road will be restricted to two lanes. This will affect traffic and could result in significant delays. The construction is expected to continue to the end of 2016.
Students on buses travelling through this area may arrive late to school in the morning. Afternoon pick-up and drop-off times may be later than normal, as well.
If students arrive late to school in the morning, we will welcome them and get them to their class as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your understanding. Please contact the school if you have any questions about your child’s education with us.
Board of Trustees
School board trustees are elected officials who are responsible for operating publicly-funded schools within their jurisdiction, and for the delivery and quality of educational programs and services. Legal accountability for Board decisions applies to the Board as a corporate entity rather than to individual trustees. Two student trustees are elected each year by the Student Senate to serve a one-year term on the Board. Click here to read more.

Safety is our #1 concern. Please do not park in front of the school in the bus loading zone.
